We have decided to sell our Alpine IIs and purchase another Skandic. Contact us by clicking the EMAIL link above.
Summit Conservation Club is having a Pancake breakfast on Jan 3rd. Hopefully we will have enough snow to ride!
December: We purchased two Ski-Doo Alpine IIs and three small drags from the Sharon Pathfinders. We will use one of the Alpines to pull our Mogul Master 804 drag and a "frenchie" style drag behind the other. For the Skandic WT we now have a lighter drag which should work well behind it. Both Alpines need some work but they will make nice work sleds for us.
A Work Day has be scheduled for Sunday November 15th @ 10:00 am. We will be meeting at the Hamm Farm on Sawyer Hollow Rd. We plan to work on trail S75 with our focus on Looking Glass Rd. Our goal is to improve the ditches and "water bars" to divert the water off the road. So hoes, rakes and shovels would come in handy. However tools are not needed because there are many large rocks that need to be removed as well. We also have other sections of the trail that need attention depending on the number of volunteers show.
